RULES FOR THE 7-DAY CRUISE GIVE AWAY
Cherry Creek Radio and radio stations 890 KDXU and 102/107 The Fox will be giving away a 7 day Cruise to the Riviera from Princess Cruise Lines and AAA Travel.
Qualifiers must be 18 years of age or older to win and will be verified with a picture ID. Prizes will not be awarded until winner has been verified for eligibility through the Cherry Creek Radio Business office. Prizes are non-transferable and will be awarded to the winner only, based on eligibility.
There are three ways to enter for the Jeep. Entries may be submitted at AAA Travel at 844 W Telegraph Suite 4 in Washington, there will be opportunities to enter at radio remotes and entries will be taken on the web sites. Names will be read on air from the entries. Those who call back in the allotted time will be qualified. 100 people will be qualified from the entries. The 100 qualifiers must be present on December 6th at AAA Travel where the Cruise will be given away through a drawing. There is no purchase necessary. Must be present to win.
Listeners can enter once per day at AAA Travel and can only qualify once as one of the final 100 qualifiers. If it is determined by Cherry Creek Radio or AAA Travel that a qualifier is difficult to work with, that qualifier will be disqualified and asked to leave. All decisions are final.
Winners will be responsible for all tax liability and licensing associated with winning this contest. Winner will be required to sign and eligibility release form and give Cherry Creek Radio and its sponsors permission to use their name, photo and voice for promotional purpose with out further compensation. By accepting prize, winner releases Cherry Creek Radio, all stations and all participating sponsors from any liability as a result of this prize.
Cherry Creek Radio will not be responsible for mis-directed phone calls or technical problems with the telephones or telephone lines or for cell phone drop out. Listeners will get the phone number off the radio and not from calling Cherry Creek Radio Offices.
Employees and family of Cherry Creek Radio and any of its subsidiaries are ineligible. Employees and family of AAA Travel are ineligible. Employees of competing Broadcasting Companies are also ineligible. Contest rules may be modified by Cherry Creek Radio at any time. Copies of these rules are available at Cherry Creek Radio during regular business hours; or by mailing a self stamped envelope to 750 W. Ridge View Dr. St. George, Utah 84770. Contest rules are also available at AAA Travel and posted on station websites where available.
